Job Description
- Settlement & Transaction Management: Manage and oversee the end-to-end settlement process for securities and derivatives products, ensuring accurate and timely execution, trade processing, payment approval, and transaction settlement.
- Risk Control & Regulatory Reporting: Monitor settlement risks, resolve exceptions and irregularities, and ensure the accuracy of reports submitted to management, regulators, and Head Office.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management: Supervise and coach staff, provide guidance and training, and monitor service quality and operational performance to meet established standards.
- Operations Improvement & Project Management: Drive process optimization, strengthen internal controls, develop operational manuals, support departmental objectives, and lead new initiatives and projects assigned by management.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- 8+ years of treasury or financial markets operations experience, including people management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of treasury products, settlements, SWIFT, CHATS, CMU, fixed income products, and derivatives operations.
- Solid understanding of regulatory reporting, risk controls, and banking operations.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken.
