- Formulate and execute institutional business development plans in alignment with the company's annual performance targets to achieve designated KPIs.
- Focus on the development, coverage, and execution of key projects in cross-border institutional business for client segments including securities firms, private equity funds, and industry-finance conglomerates.
- Provide target clients with comprehensive risk management solutions related to overseas derivatives trading.
- Closely monitor and analyze market trends and client needs, proactively innovating business models and solutions.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the department and superiors.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Management, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least two years of client development/business development experience in the financial industry; in-depth knowledge of domestic and international futures markets, financial derivatives, and their trading characteristics is required.
- Candidates possessing extensive resources and networks to support Chinese private equity funds’ overseas expansion will be given priority.
- Proficient in institutional client development and servicing, with professional-level communication, presentation, and business pitching skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English; IELTS 7.0 or above is highly preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, innovation capability, and ability to work under pressure.
- Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager position.
