工作职责:

负责数字资产平台交易、风控、资产、清结算等系统的方案设计和需求实现；
对现有系统的维护、升级改造和性能优化;
负责结合全链路视角对局部模块的架构设计和前瞻性思考;
主导重点项目，参与技术难点攻坚。

任职要求:

本科及以上学历，计算机及理工类相关专业，5年及以上相关工作经验；
熟练掌握Go、C/C++、Java至少一门开发语言，有意愿往Go语言方向发展（若不熟悉Go）；
熟悉网络编程、Linux操作系统，具有扎实的数据结构和算法功底；
熟练掌握和理解MySQL、Redis、kafka等常用数据库与组件；
具备良好的问题分析和解决能力、学习能力及团队协作能力，认真负责；
熟悉分布式系统设计，具备高并发、高可用系统的开发经验；
具备金融行业开发设计经验。

加分项:

有金融产品或数字资产行业研发经验者优先；
英语交流能力较好，有海外业务支持经验者优先。
