Our client is hiring a Project Specialist to drive Digital Workplace and technology transformation initiatives across the organization. The role requires a strong combination of project management capabilities, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills to deliver secure and scalable technology solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing end-user services and supporting strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring project milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
• Manage project governance activities, including documentation, reporting, risk assessment, issue tracking, and status updates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations during project planning, design, and implementation phases.
• Support the design, deployment, and enhancement of Digital Workplace and End User Services (EUS) solutions.
• Drive proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluate new technologies to improve workplace productivity and user experience.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee vendor performance and coordinate with infrastructure, network, and facilities teams to support project implementation.
• Communicate project progress, technical considerations, risks, and business impacts to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, MDM platforms, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Good understanding of server, network, and endpoint infrastructure fundamentals.
• Familiarity with collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and Zoom.
• Understanding of digital security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional technology teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within banking, financial services, or insurance environments.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Exposure to Digital Workplace transformation and enterprise technology modernization initiatives.
