Who we are looking for:

State Street Alpha Implementation team is looking for an Alpha 3rd party outreach assistant to support our 3rd party data gathering and set-up co-ordination process.

We're looking for professionals with experience across front and middle office operating models, business analysis, data management and project management disciplines.

The primary purpose of this role will be engaging with 3rd parties to perform data gathering and set-up coordination.

The Alpha 3rd party outreach assistant partners with SSC Operational Readiness leads on in-scope tasks to ensure that the business teams are operationally ready for the migration of new business onto the State Street platforms.

Qualifications / Skills Profile:

• MBA or Graduate degree preferred
• Client-oriented, with significant experience in managing senior global stakeholders and Client Relationship Managers
• Self-directed, ability to multi-task and navigate competing priorities
  Problem-solving and critical analysis experience, highly responsive and driven
• Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, and networking skills
  Ability to identify and present cross-sell opportunities & standardizations, excellent influencing skills
• Innovative, intellectually curious, with a bias for action
  Significant prior financial services industry experience preferred
  Strong people management skills and prior experience in a supervisory capacity with responsibility for coaching and development of direct reports (expectation of Minimum 12+ years' supervisory experience)
