About the Role:
- Understand the overall P&C business process.
- Support on pre-Underwriting activities, handle submissions by performing Risk clearing, compliance checks in Swiss Re admin system.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and administrative support.
- Timely follow-ups and escalation of issues to management and/or senior management as appropriate
- Manage assigned tasks effectively to achieve agreed service/business standards
- Contact internal business partners to resolve any long pending operational issues
- Any other ad-hoc/admin related tasks as required from time to time that are deemed appropriate for this role
About you:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Insurance, or related fields.
- Good written and verbal interpersonal skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player and ability to learn
- Flexibility in work timings
