What You'll Do (When You Join Us)

As a Java Engineer, you will work on modern, enterprise-grade systems requiring deep technical expertise and strong engineering discipline.

Architect & Build

• Design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Build high-throughput backend services, event-driven applications, integration layers, and resilient distributed systems.
• Develop secure, maintainable, and highly available applications leveraging modern Java ecosystem technologies.

Optimise & Enhance

• Improve system performance through profiling, JVM tuning, memory optimisation, concurrency management, and API optimisation.
• Implement clean architecture principles, design patterns, secure coding practices, and maintain high code quality standards.
• Enhance application reliability through observability, monitoring, and automated testing.

Collaborate

• Work in an Agile environment with Product Owners, Architects, SRE, QA, and Platform Engineering teams.
• Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, architecture reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions aligned with business goals.

Mentor & Share

• Guide junior engineers, contribute to engineering forums, and participate in internal tech talks and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Help drive engineering excellence through coaching, technical mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives.
