Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Provide post-implementation support, resolving functional and technical issues.
Ensure documentation, best practices, and smooth knowledge transfer.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with OTM modules (planning, execution, fleet management, freight settlement, etc.).
Proven expertise in OTM Cloud implementations.
dvanced SQL knowledge.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
