Job Description
Apprentice - Product Management (6 months duration)
Membership Portfolio & Services (MPS) is companywide Centre of Excellence to provide Product & Data Solutions. The Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX), a global organization that sits within USCS and is responsible for providing Digital best-in-class Customer Experience globally. As part of the portfolio, one of the remits is to provide Communications Centre of Excellence with the charter of driving high quality, customer-servicing communication experience.
The open role is for Enterprise Communication Delivery (ECD) team under ECMX, leads the transition the POD communications platform to an in-house POA platform for servicing communications. As a team, the focus is on driving engagement, satisfaction and revenue through a combination of best-in-class user experience through communications with compelling features and functionality globally.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who can help achieving the delivery targets for Communications to the Raven POA platform (including but not limited to Paper, Email, SMS and Mobile App PUSH Notifications).
Responsibilities
The Business Communications Delivery Team members will be responsible for designing and managing letter, email, PUSH and SMS building phases for all business partner communication needs. In addition, he/she will lead the requirements phase along with test data support driving efficiencies within the current business process and letter authoring capabilities development and training.
Works closely with Communication Developers during build phase for any data related support.

Qualifications
- 0-11 months of internship, academic project, or work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Economics, Management, Marketing, Statistics, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, product, design, and technology teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Eagerness to learn Product Management, Agile ways of working, and digital product development.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and learning agility.
Preferred Additional:
- Exposure to Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, or Operations through internships, academic projects, or coursework.
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Design Thinking concepts.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Certifications in Agile Scrum, Product Management, Business Analysis, or Design Thinking (good to have).
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Interest in AI, digital products, customer communications, and process improvement.
