Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Drive business development and achieve sales targets for customers in Central India.
• Manage key steel & industrial customers.
• Provide technical solutions and support at site.
• Lead trials, approvals, and performance discussions.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Capture market dynamics and build strategies for business growth in existing and new areas.

Essentials :

• 5-10 years' experience in refractory sales / technical services
• Background in Iron & Steel industry preferred (Steel Melting Shop exposure)
• BE/Diploma (Ceramic / Metallurgical / Mechanical preferred)
• Strong communication & customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel across assigned territory
