Job Description

Mission

As a Salesforce Developer, you build out the support organization for Salesforce supporting the commercial team

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Lightning components
Build and optimize Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows) to automate business processes
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
Work with Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services for secure integrations
Customize standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing
Handle deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD tools
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
4 - 7 years relevant experience required
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II required
Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
Experience with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods)
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience with Salesforce Sale, service CPQ
Experience of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently, in a team environment, including different time zone
Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
