• As part of strategic team to support Bancassurance sharia business in achieving production performance as targeted through implementation of key strategic initiatives including campaign, products, projects, analysis to supervisor that crucial for making business decisions, as well as building a good relationship with bank partner's key stakeholders through excellent service which meet bank partner's expectations.

• Life Insurance Business Experiences, especially in Bancassurance Sharia Business
• Having experience in Project Management and / or Strategic Initiative Business
• Having expertise in MS Officer (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Having good interpersonal skill
• Having good presentation skill
• Having target oriented with the highest self-motivated
• Fluently both speaking and writing in English
• Understanding the Digitalization knowledge is preferrable

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
• Having minimum 5 years experiences in doing strategic initiatives and/ or Project Management, especially in Bancassurance Business
• Having an experience in Bancassurance Business is preferrable

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

• Maintaining and developing strong strategic partnership with all key decision makers within Sun Life and bank partner
• Responsible in building a comprehensive internal business plan also a joint business plan with bank, as well as fully responsible in providing deck of regular business review/ meeting
• Delivering co-create event with bank partner, such as Kick Off, Bancassurance Annual Award, Appreciation Night for Bank Staff, Business Review, Customer's Event, etc.
• Manage and monitor the budget
• Manage the project related to digital and other new projects.
