Your Area of Work:
Clearstream's Investment Funds Services are the global backbone for standardization, automation, and straight-through processing (STP) in the funds industry.
Within this ecosystem, the Vestima Service Design and Implementation Team sits right at the heart of Global Fund Operations (GFO) and client interaction. We are the key operational and technical architects guiding our clients through their onboarding, migration, and digital transformation journeys.
In this role, you will join us on a 9-month fixed-term basis to directly support a strategic project within this framework. This offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional or graduate to gain hands-on operational and market infrastructure experience in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- System Testing: Execute and coordinate internal and external testing of system functionalities to ensure smooth go-live and operational readiness
- Serve as a reliable operational bridge between internal teams (IT, Product Management, operational units) and external stakeholders/clients throughout project phases
- Perform customer and operational data setup and maintenance with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks, issue tracking, and documentation to support the ongoing strategic initiative
Your Profile:

- Strong and mandatory client focus with clear, effective communication skills
- Strong client-facing mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to steer multiple initiatives independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
