Our client is a growing business with diverse interests in the property sector. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their close knit Finance team. With a head office in Dublin 15, the role will operate on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will assist in the financial management, financial administration, and financial operation of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable
• Posting purchase and sale invoices
• Managing POs and matching against invoices
• Posting payments and receipts
• Preparing payment runs
• Accounts Receivable
• Billing
• Preparation of bank reconciliations for a number of bank accounts
• Creditor reconciliations
• Dealing with queries
• Assisting in the preparation of management accounts and corporate administration
• Complete other tasks and administrative duties as requested

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 3 years' exprience in a busy finance function
• Previous experience with property sector ideal
• Strong accounts payable / purchase ledger posting experience in a high volume environment
• Excellent communication skills - fully fluent written and spoken English essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines
• Organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
