Our client an Irish Successful Distribution organisation are currently looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator to join their expanding team.

Working with within the credit control team role will involve:

Role and Responsibilities

Processing payments and query management

Maintain administration functions

Bank payments daily

Credit control fully maintained and reported as required.

Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices.

Ensure that the collections processes followed are in adherence with the credit control policy

Ability to take responsibility for order releases for all ledgers

Ability to make decisions for all customer accounts.

Respond in a timely manner to requests for information from internal/ external departments.

Sap Business 1, experience essential

The Ideal Candidate:

2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within credit control.

Strong administration skills, attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.

Proficient, flexible and able to prioritise competing demands and meet strict deadlines under pressure.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.

This is a lovely role for an an Administrator with some Credit control experience or general AR / Credit Control experience.
