Job Title: Junior Print Engineer

Contract/ Permanent: Permanent

Location: Dublin

Overview:

Ergo - a Presidio company, are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Print Engineer on a Permanent basis working from Monday to Friday from (9am - 5:30pm) maintaining customer printers. This role would ideally suit someone with previous experience supporting printers.

Role & Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain printers, copiers, and related hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting printers.
Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal printer performance.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on printer functions and troubleshooting.
Manage printer inventory, including ordering supplies and replacement parts.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols during repair and maintenance operations.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:

Reliable and hard working
No qualifications needed (On the job training)
Good communication skills
A full, clean driving licence and access to a car are required, as regular travel between sites/locations is an essential part of the role
