Client Profile: Global Digital Entertainment Services Group

Our client is a high-profile organisation with business interests across Ireland, Europe & Asia. As an organisation, they are entrepreneurial and are viewed as a leader within their industry sector. They have expanded rapidly over the last decade both organically and by acquisition. They have a reputation for being innovative and for driving best practice throughout their organisation. They are keen to recruit a high calibre Tax professional to work with their senior management team. As this is a new position the successful candidate with be in a position to help shape and develop the tax division.

Role: Tax Manager (Hybrid)

Reporting to the Tax Director the role will involve

• Group Tax Consolidation for global entities
• Global Tax reporting by country
• Tax Accounting for Balance Sheet & P&L
• Intercompany Accounting & recharges
• Transfer Pricing support
• Act as a key point for tax query management
• Work closely with Accounting & Finance teams
• Close involvement with overseas Tax & finance teams
• Pillar Two compliance

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have a professional accounting / taxation qualification, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial organisation. They should be comfortable interacting with senior management and finance across the organisation. They should have the capability to support the business and advise on taxation implications of business decisions.
