Missions



CACI (Credit Agricole Creditor Insurance) is the Credit Agricole Assurances Group subsidiary specialising

in creditor protection insurance (CPI). CACI is a major player in France and Europe, with around 30

You will work primarily with:

• IT Proximity Team and Crédit Agricole IT service provider

• All CACI business departments

• External partners in Europe, third-party auditors and other IT service providers

• Project and IT teams in France (for digital transformation initiatives)

• CACI Milan (Italian branch) on cross-regional projects as needed

Compétences recherchées

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail


• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively


• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting ability


• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision


• Expertise in one or more of the following: information systems, networking, cyber security or IT
  architecture is an advantage


• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data accurately is desirable


• Experience with IT ticketing systems or asset management tools and knowledge of ITIL
  frameworks is an asset
