Missions

You will work primarily with:
• IT Proximity Team and Crédit Agricole IT service provider
• All CACI business departments
• External partners in Europe, third-party auditors and other IT service providers
• Project and IT teams in France (for digital transformation initiatives)
• CACI Milan (Italian branch) on cross-regional projects as needed

1-2 years experience in an IT helpdesk or support team
Compétences recherchées
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
- Expertise in one or more of the following: information systems, networking, cyber security or IT
architecture is an advantage - Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data accurately is desirable
- Experience with IT ticketing systems or asset management tools and knowledge of ITIL
frameworks is an asset

Excellent working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite
