【ポジションを募集する背景】

当組織では、すでにPWDA社員が在籍し、IT開発部門において活躍しており、受け入れ体制や業務運営のノウハウが整ってきています。

今後、PWDA社員の採用をさらに強化し、個々のスキルや特性を活かしながら、対応可能な業務範囲を拡大していくことを目的として、本募集を行います。

【職務内容】

メインフレーム環境のIT開発を担当するチームにおいて、プログラム開発・テスト、アプリケーション保守、サブシステム担当、ベンダー成果物のレビューや管理、資源移行の手続きなどの業務を担当していただきます。

担当業務は、PWDA社員一人ひとりの経験、スキル、特性を十分に考慮したうえで決定し、記載されたすべての業務を一律にお任せするものではありません。

配属後はチームの一員として、開発業務を担う他のチームメンバーと連携・協業しながら、担当業務に従事していただきます。

【主な業務内容】
以下は想定される主な業務内容の例です。実際の担当範囲は、ご本人のスキルやこれまでのご経験に応じて決定しますので、いずれかの業務経験やスキルをお持ちであれば問題ありません。

• プログラム開発・テスト

（COBOL、JCLなどのメインフレームのプログラミング言語を使用しております）

• アプリケーション保守

（定例変更作業、調査・問い合わせ対応、システム障害対応 等）

• サブシステム担当

（ビジネス部門とのコミュニケーション・要件確認 等）

• ベンダー成果物のレビューや管理

（設計書、テストケース、ソースコード、テスト結果 等のレビューや管理）

• 資源移行の手続き

（本番環境への移行の申請や承認取得 等）

【必須要件】

・障碍者手帳をお持ちの方

・ユーザー企業のIT部門の勤務経験、もしくはIT企業における勤務経験1年以上

・メインフレーム環境におけるプログラミング経験

・日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキル

・メールによるコミュニケーションスキル
