- Organize and manage investor conferences and events.
- Coordinate roadshows, company visits, and investor meetings across Japan.

- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance client engagement and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Access within an investment bank or asset management firm in Japan.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and investor relations activities.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills for event and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills to engage with senior executives and institutional investors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Japanese: Native
- English: Business level
- Experience working with global investors or hedge funds.
