Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with overseas institutional investors
• Execute sales activities for asset management products, focusing on Japanese equities and traditional assets
• Support sales planning, strategy development, and business promotion initiatives
• Prepare high-quality client materials, presentations, and investment documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams across global offices to support international business growth

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience within the financial services industry
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or client services within finance, or experience preparing investment-related materials
• Bachelor's degree or above

Soft Skills:

• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to create clear and professional presentation materials
• Proactive mindset with the ability to support business development initiatives

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Fluent
