Business Analyst - MFFA

Your Day-to-Day

You will join a financial services environment as a Business Analyst, supporting business teams in the analysis and improvement of processes and systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

Gathering and analysing business requirements.
Translating business needs into clear functional specifications.
Analysing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams.
Preparing functional documentation and process descriptions.
Supporting testing, UAT and implementation activities.
Following up on incidents, change requests and system enhancements.
Participating in project meetings and providing regular progress updates.
Ensuring effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Your Profile

Degree in Business, Finance, IT or a related field.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the financial sector.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
Experience working with both business and IT stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Fluent in English; and in French.
Knowledge of the Luxembourg financial environment is a plus.
