Context of the internship:

The Corporate Finance team is looking for a highly motivated candidate to form part and to spport its Investment banking offer.

The Corporate Finance team offers to its clients (companies, instittional investors, and entrepreners) advisory mandates (Mergers & Acqisitions / M&A, eqity and debt advisory, nitranche, Green Bond, Mezzanine, etc.) and strctred finance soltions (senior financing, Acqisition financing, NAV Credit facility, Real Estate Financing...).

The internship will take place in or headqarters in Lxemborg with the possibility of attending project presentations with clients and both internal and external stakeholders.

Yor next challenge:

Analysis of advisory and financing opportnities/mandates across Erope (Benelx, France, Germany, Switzerland)

Researching and analyzing company & indstry data

Financial simlations and modeling spport for Bsiness Plan

Writing pitch books, financial models, internal and external memos

Debt transaction exection, inclding assistance in the elaboration of transaction docments

Liaising with technical professionals (internally and externally)

Skills to acqire:

Strategic and financial analysis

Financial modeling

Capacity of atonomy, management and bsiness view

Yor skills:

Master's degree in (Corporate) Finance or Bsiness Administration (Masters/MBA)

Highly motivated, dedicated and willingness to learn combined with otstanding service and client orientation

Self-starter, able to work atonomosly and in a team

Flent in English and French, ideally also flent in German. Other langages will be considered as an asset

Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

A first significant experience (6 months minimm) in investment banking, private eqity, conslting, strctred finance or transaction services is preferable

Internship agreement for 6 months, starting Janary 7
