Your Day-to-Day

As a Transfer Agency Subject Matter Expert, you will support change initiatives and process improvement projects within a Transfer Agency environment.

You will act as a key point of contact for Transfer Agency processes and systems, helping operational teams identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and risk management.

Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Transfer Agency processes and systems.
Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities for process optimisation, automation and risk reduction.
Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for change initiatives.
Supporting impact assessments, testing, training and implementation activities.
Working closely with Transfer Agency Operations teams and international operational centres to ensure smooth delivery of change initiatives.
Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout project activities.
Monitoring the progress of change initiatives and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Transfer Agency environment.

Your Profile

Strong professional experience within Transfer Agency operations, ideally in an asset management or fund management environment.
Solid understanding of Transfer Agency processes, systems and operational workflows.
Previous experience supporting change management, transformation or process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
