We are seeking an experienced Global CRM Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at WorldFirst. This role plays a key part in advancing customer engagement, acquisition, and retention through the strategic use of marketing automation and data-driven communication globally. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and execute CRM campaigns (covering email, Whatsapp, SMS, and push notification) in line with the overall marketing calendar and business goals.

2. Create content, develop and execute strategies to optimise marketing automation, aiming to improve customer engagement and increase conversion rates.

3. Manage audience segmentation and ensure the delivery of personalized, market-specific content globally.,

4. Optimise CRM performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous process improvements to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.

5. Identify and create solutions to enhance marketing automation capabilities and integrate them with other systems.

6. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment of CRM assets and campaigns with overall goals.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM/marketing automation roles

2. Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.

3. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot is a plus.

4. Proven experience designing and managing data-driven, personalized marketing automation journeys, including ongoing testing and optimisation.

5. Experience in creating responsive email templates using HTML and CSS.
