KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To achieve the pre-set department's sales targets profitability and persistency
• To coach and develop sales staff's product knowledge and sales competencies
• To engage and motivate sales staff to ensure they are always at top producing mode
• To manage and plan for sales staff's sales activities to achieve pre-set targets
• To co-conduct sales staff's sales performance validation on monthly basis and introduce Performance Improvement Program to improve sales performance
• To c-conduct performance management framework i.e. daily sales huddle call, weekly performance review, monthly zonal meeting and monthly State Director meeting with business partner
• To build and maintain cordial working relationship with business partners
• To assist and support sales staff in any issues arising from the sales tool and sales staff workstation set-up in assisting on solving and handling Ipad replacement issues
• To support other bank partners whenever required
• Others management new initiative
• To perform and ensure day-to-day tasks are consistent with the Company's Policies and Procedures
• To adhere to standards, codes and guidelines set by the BNM, PII, Company, Division / Department at all times
• Compliance of the law, regulatory framework, policy provisions and business rules
• Documentation of procedure manuals and implementation of revised and/or new procedures

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• University (BA) or (BS)
• At least 5 years of working experience especially in marketing / sales related functions
• Worked in a financial institution
• Possess board-based knowledge of the Insurance business and Malaysian practices
• Possess the ability to apply entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to delivering business performance
• Possess strategic thinking capability
• Excellent influential skills - able to influence people of different cultures and backgrounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively both internally with Group executives & salesforce teams and externally with customers
• Excellent interpersonal skills - excellent customer relationship management
