Role Summary
LSEG Implementation Project Specialists own end-to-end customer implementations-from new deployments to upgrades and changes-ensuring smooth delivery through strong coordination, clear timelines, and consistent communication.
In this fast-paced role, our specialists apply project management skills to deliver high-quality outcomes, build strong customer relationships, and partner closely with the Implementation Relationship Manager to stay ahead of upcoming changes.

In this fast-paced role, our specialists apply project management skills to deliver high-quality outcomes, build strong customer relationships, and partner closely with the Implementation Relationship Manager to stay ahead of upcoming changes.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the implementation of LSEG products for a given customer as agreed with the Relationship role.
- Coordinate all internal collaborators and resources to achieve the objective of the implementation.
- Coordinate all implementation related activities and tasks.
- Inform/agree with customers on the schedules, timelines, and any planned activities to be performed as part of an implementation.
- Distributes tasks to various teams to achieve agreed timelines, scope and costs.
- Make sure internal process is followed and keep systems record and key data up to date.
- Supervise and communicate updates on progress to key collaborators in format and method agreed.
- Holds reviews on the status of their book of business advising about the progress and potential issues.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Participate in collaborator meetings. There may be a requirement to chair the meetings on occasion.
- Ensure project target dates are met and call out to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Highly organized with proven attention to detail
- Quick to learn new processes and systems
- Clear and confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting operations or customer-facing project delivery
- Proactive, accountable, and able to thrive under pressure
- Strong prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with clients on implementation or change projects
- Good understanding of technology, networking, and product environments (e.g., LSEG)
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively engage with clients across the region.
