This role will partner with HR stakeholders to map end-to-end processes, identify improvement opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and lead the implementation of change initiatives to improve efficiency, employee experience, and service delivery.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Process Improvement Specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function. This role will partner with HR stakeholders to map end-to-end processes, identify improvement opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and lead the implementation of change initiatives to improve efficiency, employee experience, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR stakeholders to review, document, and map HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Identify process improvement, simplification, automation, and standardization opportunities
- Develop recommendations and business cases, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility
- Lead and manage HR transformation projects from planning through implementation
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption of new processes
- Work closely with Group HR and technology teams on HR system enhancements, change requests, and process optimization initiatives
- Track project outcomes and ensure delivery of targeted benefits and improvements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- More than 5 years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Process Excellence, or related areas
- Proven experience in process mapping, process improvement, and project management
- Experience with Workday or other HR systems is highly preferred
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) is an added advantage
