What you'll do
- Advise on IT, privacy and data protection matters, including GDPR compliance and data governance.
- Handle commercial contracting, including IT and vendor/supplier agreements.
- Support major corporate clients on technology-driven projects and transactions.
- Work within a growing team led by experienced practitioners in the field.
What we're looking for
- Dutch-qualified lawyer (advocaat) at senior associate level.
- Typically 5-8 years' post-qualification experience in IT, privacy/data protection or commercial technology contracting.
- Strong experience across IT, privacy/data protection and/or commercial technology contracting.
- Background from a respected international or Dutch firm, or strong in-house experience.
- Commercial, client-facing approach and fluent English (Dutch preferred).
