Digital Employee eXperience Specialist
NN Group The Hague, Netherlands
Digital Employee eXperience Specialist
Help colleagues across NN get more value from their digital workplace!
At NN, thousands of colleagues rely on Microsoft 365 and other digital workplace services every day. As a Digital Employee eXperience (DEX) Specialist, you'll help them get the most value from technology through communication, learning, adoption, and employee engagement.
This is a varied and hands-on junior role where no two days are the same. One day you might be delivering a training session, the next creating communication content, exploring new Microsoft capabilities, supporting a pilot, or helping colleagues solve workplace challenges.
You don't need to be a technical expert, but you are eager to learn, curious about new technology, and enjoy helping others get the most value from it. You'll contribute to communication, learning, adoption, community engagement, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives while building your expertise in the digital workplace of the future.
What you are going to do
- Create and maintain articles, user guides, learning materials, FAQs, presentations, and communication content
- Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, webinars, and training courses that help colleagues get more value from Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace services
- Support colleagues with questions about Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Copilot
- Research new Microsoft capabilities, AI innovations, and workplace trends, and translate them into practical recommendations, communications, and learning content
- Support the rollout and adoption of new workplace services, features, pilots, and improvements
- Build and maintain communities such as Office Café through content creation, engagement, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and the business, gather employee feedback, and help translate insights into meaningful improvements
