About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Tax Services team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Responsibilities

• Provide U.S. Tax analysis of transactions
• Handle tax reporting for investors and tax filings
• Interface with other areas of firm
• Participate in departmental and divisional initiatives
• Contribute to delivery of K-1s to investors on a timely basis
• Provide global analysis of transactions
• Assist in special projects as necessary

Qualifications

• Have prior tax and financial services experience a plus
• Strong software skills
• Proficient in MS Excel; comfortable with formulas, should understand the basics of macros & pivot tables, and be able to navigate and understand workbooks
• Intuitive feel and quick to learn various software applications
• Hedge fund experience is a plus
• Experience in US/Australian Tax compliance experience on hedge funds/private equity funds is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects
• Proactive attitude
