HR Management Control Testing Framework: Develop and implement a control testing framework to strengthen HR's internal controls and improve issue identification. Create testing programs to assess the design, adequacy, and adherence of controls, identifying potential weaknesses that could present risks or exposures to HR and the broader organization.
Embedded Risk Management Function for HR: Partner with various risk and control stakeholders to develop standards and requirements, and assess functional areas within HR accordingly. Evaluate the inherent risk and control environment for each HR function, as well as the impact of HR controls at the enterprise level.
Process, Risk & Control (PRC) Inventory: Expand and validate the Process, Risk, and Control inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness, including aligning PRC items with relevant rules and regulations.
Audit and Regulatory Engagement: Serve as the central point of contact for audit and regulatory inquiries, including maintaining and ensuring the quality of information provided for exams and audits. Coordinate post-exam and post-audit communications.
Risk & Control Training Program: Develop and deliver a training plan to educate HR teams on control standards, expectations, and best practices.
Risk Mitigation: Mitigate risk by adhering to established procedures, monitoring controls, identifying key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Influence on HR Organization: Influence the broader HR organization regarding the importance of effective internal controls and risk mitigation. Challenge management to adopt appropriate policies, procedures, and effective controls designed to manage risks.
Risk Communication: Work effectively across HR teams to communicate risk-related messages clearly and proactively.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
