Responsibilities

• Perform HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records.
• Process and manage HR data, documents, and reports.
• Support payroll administration, including data validation and reporting.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Respond to HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Maintain document management systems and ensure data confidentiality.
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Willing to work in office in Dąbrowa Górnicza 3days/week
• Experience in HR administration or data management is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR information systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Very good communication skills in English and French.
