What the day will look like

• Support day-to-day occupational health and safety activities.
• Register reported hazards and incidents, and help gather basic documentation.
• Maintain H&S records (trainings, inspections, checklists) and assist with simple reports.
• Assist in gathering information for accident investigations and in tracking corrective actions defined by senior specialists.
• format, publish, and distribute H&S policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Coordinate logistics for H&S trainings and support H&S onboarding for new employees.
• Assist employees with basic ergonomic and workstation setup.
• Cooperate with HR, Facilities, Administration, and Security on day-to-day H&S tasks.
• Support H&S communication and internal safety / wellbeing campaigns.
• Actively learn company H&S rules and contribute to a positive safety culture.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level) and Polish language. (must)
• Minimum of 0 - 2 year of experience in a similar position.
• Higher education or postgraduate studies in the field of occupational health and safety (must)
• Valid certificate of a fire protection officer.(nice to have)
• Knowledge of Polish health and safety regulations.
• High interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Risk Management and compliance.
• Very good written and oral communication presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with checklists, forms, and simple data summaries.
