Aon is looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Senior Specialist to support our UK & EMEA Early Careers team, based in our Kraków office.
Our award-winning team is responsible for recruiting and developing high-potential talent into Aon's Graduate, Intern and Apprentice programmes across the UK and EMEA. We're looking for someone with prior experience and genuine curiosity about early careers recruitment. They want to continue their career within Talent Acquisition and are passionate about attracting and developing a wide range of future talent for our business.
The team is responsible for attracting, selecting and onboarding top talent from schools, colleges and universities across the UK and EMEA. We then support their development, in partnership with the Talent Development team, during their first 12-18 months at Aon. Each year, we recruit more than 200 new colleagues into Apprentice, Intern, Industrial Placement and Graduate roles across more than 15 UK offices, and a further 300 colleagues across EMEA.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the UK Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager, alongside two UK based Recruitment Business Partners as part of a wider UK & EMEA Early Careers team.
This is a hybrid role based in Kraków, with an expectation of 2-3 days in the office each week, plus travel occasionally to the UK.

What the day will look like:
Attraction and candidate experience
- Manage the Early Careers team's shared inboxes, ensuring emails are acknowledged, categorised accurately and responded to in a timely manner.
- Respond to recruitment queries from applicants and colleagues.
- Support Early Careers Business Partners with planning, organising and running attraction events, including event bookings, invitations, catering and travel expenses.
- Support pre-onboarding events, including joiner gifts, invitations, room bookings and travel expenses.
Assessment Centre management
- Manage candidate engagement at Assessment Centre stage, including sending invitations, handling responses, confirming places, backfilling spaces and answering candidate queries.
- Coordinate Assessment Centres, including assessor invitations, room bookings, catering, security passes and reasonable adjustment requirements.
- Manage post-Assessment Centre candidate activity, including offer emails, rejection and feedback emails, travel expenses, general candidate queries, and updates to the tracking spreadsheet and applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate final interviews, including booking candidates, assessors, Teams meetings and rooms as required.
Other tasks supporting the wider Early Careers team
- Work Insight Programme: Support sessions by sending internal collaborator and volunteer communications, external candidate communications and text message reminders; tracking consent forms via DocuSign; moving candidates through the applicant tracking system; and managing candidate expenses and certificates of completion.
- Talent Development: Support the wider Early Careers Talent Development team with delivery of the UK & EMEA Graduate, Intern and Apprentice development programmes by setting up calendar invitations, supporting with logistics, sending onboarding communications to the EMEA Launch group and tracking candidate survey data.
Application tracking and Workday
- Create requisitions for new pipelines, including set-up requests, application questions, assessments, inclusive recruitment forms and accurate group tagging.
- Post and unpost roles on the Aon's Early Careers website and manage candidate communications at the relevant stages.
- Produce weekly pipeline status reports to support pipeline management throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage new hires through Aon's Application Tracking System (iCIMS) and Workday to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including candidate ID and background checks.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. (Experience with Microsoft Copilot would be a plus.)
- Excellent communication skills, with English at C1 level or equivalent.
- An additional European language, such as French, Italian or German, would be beneficial.
- Previous recruiting experience, preferably within the Early Careers space.
- A strong focus on results when working on projects and delivering services.
- Experience building and maintaining candidate relationships to support a solid pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and job boards, to support sourcing, screening and selection activity.
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition practices, including identifying, attracting and hiring skilled candidates from various backgrounds.
