Aon Corporation Kraków, Poland
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Early Careers)
Aon is looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Senior Specialist to support our UK & EMEA Early Careers team, based in our Kraków office.

Our award-winning team is responsible for recruiting and developing high-potential talent into Aon's Graduate, Intern and Apprentice programmes across the UK and EMEA. We're looking for someone with prior experience and genuine curiosity about early careers recruitment. They want to continue their career within Talent Acquisition and are passionate about attracting and developing a wide range of future talent for our business.

The team is responsible for attracting, selecting and onboarding top talent from schools, colleges and universities across the UK and EMEA. We then support their development, in partnership with the Talent Development team, during their first 12-18 months at Aon. Each year, we recruit more than 200 new colleagues into Apprentice, Intern, Industrial Placement and Graduate roles across more than 15 UK offices, and a further 300 colleagues across EMEA.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the UK Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager, alongside two UK based Recruitment Business Partners as part of a wider UK & EMEA Early Careers team.

This is a hybrid role based in Kraków, with an expectation of 2-3 days in the office each week, plus travel occasionally to the UK.
