Senior Business Process Analyst with AI
For Linklaters Global Solutions Warsaw we are looking to hire a Senior Business Process Analyst with AI who will be responsible for process improvement using AI solutions and will form part of the transformation and process excellence capacity in LGS, delivering cross-functional process optimisation at a firm-wide level. The role is central to designing, building and implementing solutions to enhance business process performance using AI tools, working alongside other Process Excellence Business Analysts who identify optimisation opportunities. We aim to deliver GenAI-powered process optimisation through agentic AI solutions and to improve processes using deep expertise in service experience design and modular AI agent design. The role requires a combination of a continuous improvement mindset and practical AI skills to effectively design AI-based solutions and deliver improvements in a cross-functional environment.

You will be responsible for:
- Applying AI solutions to address opportunities for process improvement
- Supporting strategic assessments of processes and defining GenAI-led optimisation, new ways of working (next-gen operating models), future-fit capabilities and process designs
- Developing and applying knowledge of prevailing GenAI trends, agent frameworks, AI workflow automation, LLM models and prompt engineering
- Applying practical experience with agentic solution design and conceptual design, LLMs and GenAI frameworks
- Developing AI use cases, including identifying, scoping and prioritising AI opportunities across business areas
- Demonstrating an analytical mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for AI-powered process optimisation
- Identifying automation opportunities and designing integrated agentic solutions using the latest LLMs and AI workflows
- Leading process assessments, facilitating process analysis workshops and engaging with stakeholders to build improvement buy-in
- Defining opportunity statements and framing business cases, with the ability to articulate and measure the business value of process improvement recommendations
- Identifying and driving standardisation opportunities across markets, departments and business functions
- Ensuring all transformation activities comply with internal processes, standards and regulations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to jointly identify and deliver process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Maintaining open and transparent communication, providing proactive updates on progress and challenges
Apply if you:
- Have proven experience in process optimisation using AI tools
- Have knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI and agentic AI technologies, with hands-on project delivery experience in developing and implementing AI solutions from concept to production
- Have a track record of supporting the delivery of optimisation and transformation projects within complex international matrix organisations
- Have hands-on experience working with stakeholders at different levels, planning engagement, and collaborating and influencing across teams and functions
- Understand change management approaches and techniques
- Thrive when working as part of a diverse team, valuing collaboration, cultivating relationships and bringing people together for collective success
- Are confident using English to engage clearly and appropriately with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, using these tools for analysis and presentation
- Have practical experience working with process mapping tools such as Visio, Signavio, Blueworks, Process360, etc., and understand BPMN standards
- Proactively drive, promote and implement change and innovation within the organisation, while helping others adapt to new ways of working
- Have an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities and strong stakeholder management capabilities
