As Senior Inhose Consltant Data & Analytics (SAP) yo will be a part of the IT Bsiness Services Team (ITBS). ITBS is a team that consists of service managers for different enterprise applications, e.g. or internal ERP system, HR system, travel tools and Global Service Desk. We are crrently 1 team members with one Director. This role can be performed flly remotely within Poland.



The salary for this position ranges from PLN 5 to PLN 7 gross per month nder an employment contract (oP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Take ownership of the stable operation and continos enhancement of the Data & Analytics system landscape, with a focs on SAP Analytics Clod and SAP Datasphere

Manage the development pipeline for SAP Bsiness Data Clod reqirements

Drive the development and implementation of the Data & Analytics and BI strategy (inclding reporting and frontend tools)

Ensre system availability, performance, and data qality

Design, operate and optimize data architectre, data models, and reporting strctres

Manage and oversee external service providers in day-to-day operations

Advise bsiness departments on the se and evoltion of reporting and analytics soltions

Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop tailored, innovative data soltions

Establish, foster and frther develop standards, governance frameworks, and best practices in the SAP BDC environment

Identify and implement innovations and new technologies within the SAP Analytics ecosystem

Yor profile:

Several years of experience in operating and enhancing SAP Analytics soltions, especially SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Clod.

Degree in (Bsiness) Informatics or a comparable qalification.

Strong expertise in data modeling, data architectre, and reporting, as well as ETL and ELT processes.

Experience in defining and implementing BI strategies and governance models.

Strong analytical skills and a strctred, self-driven working style.

Excellent commnication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to assess complex sitations, identify isses and root cases, evalate options, and implement effective, data-driven soltions.

Strong ser orientation, with a focs on nderstanding ser needs and ensring applications meet their expectations, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.

Advanced verbal and written commnication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-fnctional teams.

Proficient in both spoken and written English to effectively commnicate with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
