Your role

We are looking for an innovative Social Media Content Creator to join our corporate communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging social media content and producing high-quality videos that amplify our corporate messaging across our branded and C-Suite channels.
Our ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, professional who is passionate about staying ahead of digital trends. An organized self-starter with a desire to grow in a corporate environment with senior visibility.
You will:
• Create, edit, and publish compelling social media posts across platforms. It includes but is not limited to: Campaign/idea pitching and briefing, story board creation, editing of videos, as well as post copywriting, infographic creation, graphic design.
• Develop short- and long-form serialized video content to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency.
• Report on performance and analyze data to optimize future content performance.
• Stay ahead of emerging social media tools and trends, providing period updates to stakeholder teams on future trends.

Your team

You'll be working in the Corporate Social Media team, who sit in Zurich, from Wroclaw.

Your expertise

You bring:
• Minimum 5-8 yrs relevant job experience or portfolio equivalent, this is not an entry level position. Samples or links are welcome.
• 3-5 yrs or portfolio equivalent of successful campaigns designed and delivered A-Z, including budget management. Samples or links are welcome.
• Proven expertise in video editing software and social media management tools, incl. CapCut, sprnklr, Canva, Adobe Analytics, etc.
• Master fluency in English, German a nice plus. Good presentation and speaking skills.
• Experience working for large (1M+ followers) brands or creative agency background preferred.
