About the Role:

Role involves leading the development and execution of the Group financial strategy
Advise the MD and Board on financial performance, capital allocation, and risk across design-build contracting, long-term O&M and managed services, and new digital platforms for venues and smart infrastructure.
Evaluate and structure JV's, acquisitions, and new business investments to optimise returns and align with Vision 2030 opportunities
'Hands on' Finance leadership, operational and pragmatic day by day mindset balancing strategical approach
End to end finance responsibility: Group Controlling, Treasury, Tax, BL FP&A, and Internal Audit & Controls, ensuring robust financial governance and financials integrity across all JVs.
Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, and cash management across all of the business
