Job Title: Digital Executive - Digital Platforms & Content Support (Project) 12 Months
Team: Marketing Operations - Digital
Location: Singapore
Role
The Digital Executive will support delivery of the website rebuild programme, while also providing additional support for digital marketing activity across APAC. The role will provide capacity for content migration, content quality assurance and website management, reducing the risk of delays and helping ensure a successful website launch.
Alongside project work, the role will support business-as-usual digital activity, including website publishing and maintenance, social media management, employee advocacy through Oktopost, email marketing through Vuture and general digital marketing support for regional teams.

Kennedys' Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) is over 70-strong and focusses on promoting Kennedys' services and supports the Firm's global growth ambition and our key clients and markets.
There are four distinct functions: Pursuits, Clients and Markets, Marketing & Communications and Marketing Technology & Data.
These functions support the BD&M community across five regions - APAC, EMEA, LATAM, UK and US. Our global team members are located across the UK, Dubai, Dublin, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Perth, Singapore, Sydney and the US.

Key Responsibilities
- Populate, structure and maintain content within the firm's CMS using agreed templates and component models.
- Support large-scale content updates and restructuring initiatives, including formatting, tagging, internal linking and page hierarchy.
- Apply consistent standards for page build, navigation and component use across digital platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve content quality, consistency and usability.
- Act as a point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners on defined digital workstreams.
- Provide BAU support across the firm's digital platforms, including: - Uploading and formatting bios, articles, news and events - Implementing routine content updates - Posting on-brand content on the Firms social media profiles - Formatting and send e-marketing for the APAC region
Required Experience
- Experience in a digital, website or CMS-focused role, ideally within a professional services or complex organisation.
- Strong hands-on experience managing and publishing content within a CMS and e-marketing tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capability.
- Understanding of digital accessibility standards and content best practice.
- Experience working with external agencies or suppliers.
- Well organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a delivery-focused environment.
- Clear communicator, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
