Core Responsibilities

Coordinate complex travel itineraries, schedule global meetings/calls, manage invoice processing, and handle expense reimbursements promptly.
Design professional PowerPoint decks, compile key operational reports, and maintain accurate client records within the internal database.
Assist in planning and executing client events, seminars, and promotional roadshows.
Support the Office Manager with daily operations and provide coverage for administrative colleagues as needed.

Qualifications & Key Skills

Minimum of 4 years in administrative support; prior experience in banking, finance, or professional services preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented multitasker capable of managing competing priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and thriving under pressure.
Adaptable team player with strong initiative, proactive problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work extended hours when business demands require.
