The role
You will lead and manage complex market research projects from planning through to completion. This is a hands-on role where you will:
- Run multiple research studies at once and keep them on schedule, proactively flagging risks and roadblocks
- Manage and develop a fieldwork team and allocate resources as priorities change
- Act as the main point of contact for survey respondents and internal stakeholders, protecting respondent engagement and data quality
The profile
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in market research, fieldwork operations or a related industry
- Proven track record managing concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading teams, including part-time or contingent resources
- Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Strong communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
