Role Overview
Global bank looking for an enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support the hiring of junior to manager-level professionals across technology and operations. This role offers broad exposure to in-house recruitment in a large, fast-paced organisation and is well suited to a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is outgoing, proactive and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to manager-level technology and operations roles.
- Source and screen candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Develop a practical understanding of technology and operations functions within a large financial-services environment.
- Build capability in interviewing, stakeholder management and talent advisory.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting and administrative activities.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduate or candidate with up to two years of relevant experience.
- Qualification in human resources or another relevant discipline; candidates seeking to transition from agency recruitment to an in-house environment are welcome.
- Strong interest in technology and its application within financial services.
- Confident, personable and effective communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Proactive, resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, quick to learn and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine willingness to develop.
