Title: Lifecycle Manager

Location: Singapore

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional proficiency in English.
• Hands-on plant/OT infrastructure supports experience in PCS (Plant Control System) and MOM/MES (Mfg. Ops Mgmt./ Mfg. Env Services )environments.
• Strong Windows Server and endpoint troubleshooting skills.
• Strong Virtualization skills in Nutanix and VMware.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and basic switch/network troubleshooting.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with plant operations, vendors, and cybersecurity teams.
• Strong technical documentation and operational handover skills.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for plant/OT infrastructure supporting PCS and MOM/MES environments.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Virtualization, workstations & endpoint issues, coordinating resolution with relevant support teams and vendors.
• Investigate connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and basic switch and network configurations.
• Coordinate incident resolution, problem investigation, and infrastructure changes in alignment with plant operational requirements
• Industrial networking and remote-site infrastructure support experience.
• Nutanix or virtualization experience

• ITIL Foundation
