Job Description

• Deliver high-quality service to corporate customers across calls, emails, written correspondence, and digital channels.
• Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service Officers.
• Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to procedures.
• Handle escalated customer cases and service recovery.
• Monitor team performance and service levels.
• Conduct coaching, mentoring and performance reviews.
• Review transactions beyond officer authorization.
• Support workforce planning and scheduling.
• Drive process improvements and departmental projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage operational performance.
• Data Analytics knowledge is advantageous.
