Job Description
- Manage and support a portfolio of institutional clients across Asia, ensuring a high standard of relationship management and client satisfaction
- Partner with clients to integrate ESG insights, research, and data solutions into investment strategies, risk frameworks, stewardship activities, and reporting processes
- Provide consultative support by translating ESG-related information into practical and actionable business applications
- Deliver an excellent client experience through onboarding, training, product guidance, issue resolution, and ongoing engagement
- Build stronger client adoption and engagement by sharing industry insights, best practices, and relevant ESG use cases
- Identify opportunities to broaden relationships within existing client organisations through engagement with additional business units and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including Sales, Client Support, and regional/global counterparts to ensure coordinated client coverage and support
- Capture client feedback and market insights to contribute to ongoing product and service enhancements
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client management, customer success, advisory, consulting, or related functions within ESG, financial services, or investment-related industries
- Good understanding of financial institutions, particularly asset managers, asset owners, and banking clients
- Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, and responsible investment concepts and market developments
- Comfortable presenting complex research, products, and datasets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field
