Your new company

A leading investment management firm. Due to business expansion, they are looking to hire an experienced Middle Office OTC professional to support complex derivatives operations.

Your new role

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of OTC derivative trades, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliations, and collateral management.
Monitor and resolve trade breaks, settlement discrepancies, cash exceptions, and lifecycle events across OTC products.
Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of trades, cash, positions, and margin activities while ensuring data integrity and operational controls.
Support reporting, regulatory requirements, audits, process improvement initiatives, and operational projects.

What you'll need to succeed

7-8 years of experience within Middle Office or Operations, with strong exposure to OTC derivatives.
Solid understanding of trade processing, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and collateral management.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with VBA, automation tools, or AI applications will be advantageous.
