Multinational bank seeking an experienced conduct risk professional to own and drive the function for the transaction banking business globally.
The role will have high visibility towards senior stakeholders and close collaboration with COOs and Business Heads.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Own the non-financial risk management framework and drive control effectiveness across the transaction banking business.
- Advise COO and Business Heads on strategic funding, risk prioritization, and business-critical decisions.
- Lead a global team to identify risks and formulate corresponding controls.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- At least 15 years of experience in the banking industry with a strong non-financial risk background.
- Familiarity with the transaction banking/corporate banking business, especially in cash management will be preferred.
- Leadership qualities and strong stakeholders’ management skills – experience in managing a team and demonstrate the ability to navigate through a complex matrix environment
