About the Role The client is seeking a proactive Policy Servicing Consultant to deliver exceptional post-sales support for High-Net-Worth (HNW) insurance clients. Key Accountabilities

Manage end-to-end servicing of HNW insurance policies and respond to client, private banker, and insurer enquiries.
Conduct annual policy reviews and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare client review packs, servicing reports, and policy documentation.
Coordinate with trustees, private banks, and insurers on offshore insurance structures.
Support client due diligence, KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on servicing requests.
Build strong relationships with clients and business partners while delivering a high standard of service.

Key Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3-4 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or policy administration within insurance or financial services.
Knowledge of HNW insurance, trusts, and corporate structures is preferred.
Familiarity with KYC, AML, FATCA, and CRS requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred to support a multilingual client base.
