Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential challenges and support issue resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and assist in managing expectations.
Key Qualifications
- Relevant experience in program delivery, business analysis, or similar roles within a financial and technology environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable outputs.
- General understanding of business processes and workflows within a complex organization.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and supporting delivery activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills across different levels of the organization.
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with common tools and methodologies used for program tracking and collaboration.
